Returns & Exchanges Policy

As all pieces are made to order, returns and exchanges are not available.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

1. Manufacturing defects.
2. Damage caused during shipping.

In such cases, the item will be remade or a full refund will be issued.

Any return or exchange must be requested at the time of delivery and in the presence of the courier.

Once the courier has left, returns or exchanges are no longer accepted.
